Praise the Lord, Oh my soul !

I still remember the day, it was severe winter of mid-December on the Mountains of Nepal, I was locked inside the room, but my heart was keenly waiting to escape and join the Baptism Service. A greatest day of my Christian faith and life. The day, I was openly going to declare my inward change into outward expression. The day I was going to declare publicly I am crucified, died and buried with Christ and as Christ rose again from the death, I have raised into new life in Christ Jesus my Lord.
Well.... the sweetest memories of my life, seems like they were just yesterday. But on free time, when I recall the past, I came to know the fact that I have spent almost two decades of my life after that. Some time surprising, some time unbelievable, but this is the fact that I have walked a far distance since the first step I decided to walk with Christ Jesus my Lord. In such a long journey, many things in my life changed. A High Caste Hindu man turned as a mature adult, a single young man changed as a happy husband and father of two daughters, an immature believer turned into the minister of the gospel. Time passed away, world kept on changing, but in last two decades I saw only one thing that is not changing. That is the Love of God, His grace toward the sinner, His compassion toward the Humanity.
Yes, there was a time when I just decided to take the single step of faith to follow Jesus, not even knowing what price I need to pay for following Christ. Because of my one decision, many relatives became strangers for me, own became enemies, but at the same time Millions of strangers became same families for me in the house hold of God. Some bad experiences, some good experiences, some experiences were bitter too, but down through the years, my God changed all the bitter experiences of my life into the better experiences.
Life is a journey. We keep on moving toward the destination. Everything changes, but only one thing remains same for you, God Loves You, He will never allow you to fall, He will hold you in his arms whatever circumstances you may undergo. Through out your entire journey, Jesus is with you to lead you and guide you.
